The cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of pick up. The 25% deposit that was due at booking is non-refundable even if reservation is cancelled prior to the cancellation policy expiration. Any outstanding balance is due 48 hours prior to start of reservation and will be billed to the card used to make the reservation. Reservations cancelled after 48 hours are non-refundable in full. All reservations cancelled prior to 48 hours before the start date are subject to the 25% non-refundable deposit however any other partial payments collected will be refunded at the time of cancellation to the cards they were charged to. Refunds will not be given for bad weather.
